The result of this collaboration between Dr. Israel and Doctor X is a new look at the urban side of dub. The meeting points of hip-hop, dub, and musique concrète are all touched upon here, with sound samples and hip-hop beats flowing in and out as needed.

Dr Israel teams up with Brooklyn Jungle Soundsystem to provide gritty tales of urban struggle combined with an infectious bouillabaisse of reggae, dub, hip hop and drum'n'bass.

Next Step is a collaboration between Dr. Israel and the Brooklyn Jungle Soundsystem encompassing dub, drum'n'bass, jungle, hip-hop, and other late-'90s dance styles.
